Rick Gonzales has been in the commercial electrical field for 20 years and has worked in every aspect of this field. He started at the early age of 18 where he worked as an apprentice for an electrical sub-contractor in Southern Colorado. To further his electrical knowledge, he attended the IEC program. Rick soon developed these skills and within the 3rd year, was given the foreman position with the sink or swim mentality only to prove and exceed what anyone expected. He realized this is what he wanted to do with his career and proceeded in getting his Journeymen, Masters, and NICET Level II (Fire Alarm Installation) license. Since then, he completed many of their biggest projects with the customer knowing they got the absolute best. He has proven that a customer can get top quality installation at a competitive price. From this point, Rick continued to climb the corporate ladder to Project Manager then to Operations Manager, where he managed over 100 employees at one time as well as large projects ranging from $100,000 to 6 million dollars in revenue. Rick was often requested by superintendents and general contractors to manage their projects, knowing they were getting the very best.
